We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. addresses.
SHIPPING COSTS – Currently small light weight items (like jewelry, compact mirrors, etc.,) have no shipping costs but also have no tracking. If you want tracking of your package, please contact us at support@shophomemadegifts.com as tracking costs extra. Regular shipping is a flat fee of $5. Large, bulky or heavy items have a flat fee of $10. With Regular and Heavy/Bulky shipping, tracking is included.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order, but generally speaking, shipping time is between 5 and 10 business days. We generally use either UPS or USPS to ship packages.
Processing and packaging orders takes between 2 to 4 days, depending on the order, unless otherwise stated as processing and preparing special and more delicate items for shipping may take a few days longer. There are a few larger items and specialty items that I make as the orders come in, and some require added processing time due to extra steps required to complete the item(s). Those few items that require extra time will be stated within the description of the item. It is then shipped out, and an email will be sent to the email that you provided when you placed your order.
Please allow at least 14 business days from date of purchase. If you have not received your order after 14 business days from date of purchase, contact us at support@shophomemadegifts.com
BACK ORDERS: If an item is on backorder, please know that these items can take 2 weeks or longer to become available to ship as the curing time and steps needed to process them cannot be rushed. If you do not want to wait, please do not order the item until it is back in stock. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
